I created this so that folks will have a good understanding of who I am as they start to work with me.  I hope that it serves it’s purpose.

I put together this video to explain how extremely important it is to build a network marketing business to have R.E.L.I. in your life.

RELI stands for Residual Exponential Leveraged Income and with it you have things like security, lifestyle and time. These are things that we all really need to have in our life.

I also talk about getting out of the corporate Pyramids in our lives and how building a network marketing company provides you with great chances for self development.

The most important thing for me though is impact. I want to have a thousand Shelene’s. Shelene is my sister and I want to help others the way that I was able to help her.  You see she was dying and now she is not!!!

The foundation of your day is in the magic first hour that you are awake. This video covers a method of starting your day that will drastically improve the rest of your day if you decide to implement it into your life.

I will cover W. A. M. S. (Workout, Attitude, Memorize and Schedule)

Workout - This is really taking the time to go for a walk first thing in the morning, feel the crisp air, listen to the birds chirping. You know how a dog is when you first walk in to the house, they are so happy to see you, they are so excited about life. During the magical first hour of the day, the world is like that dog, excited about the day and wagging it’s tail for you.

Attitude - While you are out for your walk (you could run a bit too!) take some ask your self some questions that help your attitude, questions like “who really loves me right now?” Get multiple answers and then do this next magical step; ask yourself “How does that make me feel?” You can’t help but feel that when you ask it. It is like saying don’t picture a red elephant right now. Oh, there is more, watch the video…

Memorize - We all have somethings that we might have wanted to take the time out to memorize, some great quote, some inspiring message, take the time to review those things that you are working on memorizing or have already committed to memory

Schedule - Ah, Schedule, we all have a to do list, I am only going to add that you should schedule time for chaos, a time to schedule the unknown for your day so that it does not disrupt your day.

Finally take the time to visualize yourself completing your tasks, really see yourself doing it and then you actually have a much better chance at completing those tasks and being able to look at the man in the mirror and say, you had an awesome day.

When I call or bump into a network marketer, I ask them if they are like everyone else and having good quality people to talk to is their number one issue. From that simple question over 90% of them want to look at the information that you have access to on this page. But stop a minute, wait… 90%, if you don’t know it, that is magically high percentage. Does my system replace good hard work, nope. I just want the work that you do to be as efficient and fun as possible.

I don’t care what program you are in, you need a system to build it to prosperity.

Have you ever noticed that when we jump into the future we look back and can’t really remember what specific things really kept us from succeeding?  Personally, I know all about getting ready. I have been the king of getting ready to get going and you know what you get from that effort right?  A whol bunch of nothing to show for your efforts. 

In the past, I have studied under Tracy Biller and one of his things was to say “When someone masters the state of detachment while building a network marketing business, that person becomes the embodiment of dispassion and fearlessness and becomes the master of self imposed barriers”.  Now that is the way to Ultimate Success

I love that quote, because it is so true. All we really need is a clear plan and then to work the plan.  Of course, we can make slight adjustments along the way.  There is nothing that we can spend time learning that will make up for the first 100 people that you just get out there and talk to.  I don’t care if it is from picking up the phone to talk to old friends and family or if it is calling network marketers or having them call you from some attraction lead funnel that you have created.

The rubber hits the road when we are talking to someone about doing the business.  You want your people to do more, have more and be more?  Then you do more, have more and be more.  People need a good example more than anything else. 

The super intelligent normally don’t do well in network marketing.  They tend to over analyze the opportunity and never actually get the work done.  You need to get your heart involved.  Start seeing success and then know down deep in your soul that you are the answer that so many others need. If you start from that frame, this business will be so much easier to build.  Don’t get me wrong, you are not looking for the people that really need what you have.  There is a problem with that, it is that the people don’t do anything out of need.  They need to find the desire deep down in side of them just like you have found in your heart.  People in need seldom can really see the forest through the trees.  They are too consumed with survival.  There are exceptions and I love them. 

Spend your time finding people that are better than you.  Spend your time helping people that you excited to talk about. (Some would call it fearful to talk to, but if you have to get up for the call because you know they are really good at what they do and love their life already, you are on the right track.

I took some time on this video, I hope you like it. You can change your life in the next 90 days, by the time your kids are getting back to school, if you have kids that age.  The time is going to go with our without us. and the faster we really engage the faster we can start seeing and feeling the results. 

Don’t forget to measure your success. Know your numbers, know how productive you really are.  You don’t have to tell anyone, but you should at least share it with your sponsor/partner so that he can help you and if he can’t help you, then go up the chain of command until you find someone that can help you break out of what ever is keeping you back.

There are a lot of things to consider when looking at a network marketing company. I like it when I am pleasantly surprised with how all the pieces of the puzzle are in place. Sometimes it is like stained glass where you have to step to see the true picture.

If you have a puzzle that you are putting together and you realize that a piece or pieces are damaged, lost or half eaten by your dog, do you continue and finish the puzzle or is the fun taken out of the game and it goes back in the box or in the trash? It is like having a battleship with gaping holes in its side, no matter how strong and powerful it once was, if it is not fixed immediately, it is going to sink.

If you don’t have a good solid company with leaders that have integrity, you have a major problem. When you find out that some leaders (either employees or super successful distributors) are leaving the company for no apparent reason is it just as easy to get up with fire in your belly the next day? If you realize that the competitor’s products work better and make a greater impact, what do you feel like doing? All the components need to be bright and shiny; company, leaders, product, opportunity, timing, trends and you.

My point is simple, you want a company that has all of the pieces in place. Kick the tires, look under the hood. There are 2000 new network marketing companies every year and only 200 that are still going one year later. There are a lot of very good companies out there, do you homework, and make sure the products work. I mean profound effects; change your life kind of work.

Why do I include you on the list? You can be in the best company with a wonderful opportunity for growth and if you have not developed a reason to do the business that is stronger than the obstacles, you’re company will never get started. Check yourself, get your heart in it. Know that you have the best products and be ready to truly fight to help others with your products and opportunity. Make your own luck!

In Network Marketing, our natural tendency is to jump in and tell people all about our opportunity and how it will help them. We need to listen to others first, find their pain, and help them with your results, your story. Know your story in advance.

Don’t promote your company, find their problem (pain), Promote results or your story.

Ultimately, this is a business of helping, of coaching of training and holding their hands through the process.

Success is a process, unfortunately, so is failure. Depending upon where we start, we just may not be using enough of our belief to succeed. You need to ask yourself each day “where am I at, on a scale of 1-10″ if your answer is below an 8, you need to work on yourself.

Figure out what you need to adjust so that you can get into the success zone. The success zone is 8-10 or above. This video will illustrate.
